Great list, Gern!!! I love Steak and Shake. I remember back in '85 I was in Springfield, Mo. with Dad, before he dropped me off at Camp Kanakuk near Branson, we ate at Steak and Shake. Boy, was it ever good! Thanks for sharing your list with us!
